The new tag feature for GoTour® enables companies to create print to digital integration solutions so that customers can be directed quickly from print media to digital media via a mobile device. GoTour tags enable linking directly to GoTour content by scanning QR codes containing ‘tour tag’ URLs with a mobile device. Currently 4 types of tag content are supported:
- Tour – triggers display of a specific GoTour
- Scene – triggers display of a specific GoTour, skipping to a specific scene
- Option – triggers the display of a specific product or option from a specific GoTour
- Video – trigger the playback of any ad or Feature video from a specific GoTour GoTour tags enhance the physical experience by serving up on-demand rich GoTour content simply by scanning a printed tag on a mobile device.
Builders, contractors and product manufactures can easily deliver rich digital GoTour content for their product to consumers with a simple scan of a printed tag in a model home, brochure or magazine using a mobile device.
Consumers can benefit from tour tags when shopping for a home or home products either on location in model home or browsing their favorite magazine, by scanning tags with their mobile device to quickly access product descriptions, specifications, and feature videos.
